Biography: Hello! My name is Theresa and I’m a stay at home mom. I just moved back to the Dayton area in 2022 so I’m looking forward to meeting some fellow geeks. I lived in this area back in 2011 so it has been awhile. I’ve been a member of Geek Girl Brunch since I first heard about it back in 2015 with the St. Louis chapter. I have always looked forward to brunch every month and I am so excited to open the Dayton chapter. My hobbies are horseback riding, playing video games, painting, reading, and generally being crafty/creative. I also really enjoy cosplaying and if I can include my horse that’s an extra bonus!

Biography: Greetings! My name is Melissa and my pronouns are she/her. I am a Sustainability and
Project Engineer. I have been living in Dayton for almost 6 years. I am neurospicy in numerous ways,
mostly it’s a superpower. My nerd vibes are equal to my geek vibes, and a dork would know the
difference. I love to learn and explore new things. I love a great power point presentation or a sleek
spreadsheet. I love data. I also love fantasy novels, horror and sci fi movies, playing games, music
(predominately various EDM and Rock genres), dancing, riding my horse, hiking, kayaking, reading, and
art. I am excited to join GGB, both to share my passions and learn about the things that bring others
similar joy.
