Saturday Morning Cartoons!

Here at GGB Philly we all have fond memories of getting up on Saturday mornings and watching our favorite cartoons, so we dedicated July to all things cartoon!

We met up at City Tap University City , which is an old favorite standby of ours, and had a delicious brunch! Chicken and Waffles and Morning Toast (avocado toast with eggs) were some popular brunch choices. Brunchettes also sampled a mimosa flight, which included pineapple, orange, grapefruit, and cranberry juices.

Members of the Scooby Gang showed up with some scooby snacks, and we all picked over some sticker swag as we reminisced our favorite shows. Fairly OddParents, Spongebob, Rugrats, CatDog, Pokemon, and Ahhh! Real Monsters were some of the cartoons we remembered watching as kids. More recent cartoon loves are Bob’s Burgers, Archer, and The Simpsons!
