Happy Galentine’s Day from GGB Baltimore!

Welcome back brunchettes of GGB Baltimore! We officers hope you had an amazing holiday and new year.  We are back and raring to go for February’s Galentine’s Day Brunch! We traveled to Old Ellicott City to Manor Hill Tavern. On top of the restaurant being in Old Ellicott City and still kicking despite the two devastating floods that hit the area just years apart, the food that was absolutely amazing. Between Salmon Pizza (a take on a bagel and lox) and churro waffles, and the alcohol of course, all the ladies that attended rolled out of the restaurant afterwards.

Despite the cold and rainy morning, this month was one of the biggest brunches we have had in a while, and we appreciate every single one of you ladies that came out this month!  The conversations that were had were plentiful and full of variety. We discussed the upcoming Marvel movies, new animes, Netflix shows and DC movies too of course.  Some of our ladies were fresh back from Katsucon and we applaud them for coming despite needing to catch up on rest from con-exhaustion.

Next month we are going to be making our way out to Hunt Valley and brunching it up at Iron Rooster. We have been to the one in Canton previously, but we are working harder this year to bring more of the brunches out to the surrounding counties so more of you lovely ladies are able to attend. Our theme for March is Girl Power, more specifically the bad-ass ladies in our fandoms in honor of International Woman’s Day as well as the release of Captain Marvel! So be sure to keep your eye out for the e-vites that will be coming soon! See you on March 24th!

FOR APRIL!!! This is going to be important, we are changing things up for April. We will be attending a screening of Avengers Endgame at Cinebristro. This is not a typical movie theater, it is going to be dinner and a movie served in the theater and unfortunately no one under 21 will be able to attend because it is a bar as well. As soon as tickets are on sale we will be letting everyone know so they can buy their tickets ahead of time. We are looking at April 28th in the evening for the brunch-dinner/movie.
