GGB Milwaukee’s Disney Brunch

GGB Milwaukee’s Disney Brunch

In January, the members of the Milwaukee chapter gathered at a very colorful restaurant called the Highland House to celebrate all things Disney. We were graced with the presence of everyone’s favorite sisters, ate our weight in tortilla chips because the jalapeno ranch dipping sauce was SO GOOD, and enjoyed some themed cookie pops made by officer Liz.

We also started a tradition of covering the table in paper so the members could sketch and color and jot notes on things we discussed at the brunch. Member Annie shared several book recs, and member Mariel drew a darling Mickey Vader. Imagine a helmet that had to contain those ears!

Everyone was a princess – or queen! – at this brunch, and we drank and dined like we were royalty. It was a blast, and we can’t wait for our next event: a pre-Easter linner (lunch/dinner) at a geeky themed restaurant called 42 Ale House.
