GGB South Florida – Doctor Who Brunch

The South Florida chapter hosted its third brunch over Labor Day weekend and the theme was Doctor Who! We were graciously hosted by the newly remodeled Bad Boys of England Pub in Dania Beach, FL where we sipped on Pims Cup and rum punch cocktails while trying our best to pick our favorite doctor (spoiler alert: impossible).

The girls got great swag bags filled with Essie nail polish, mini alcohol bottles (for those boring travel days on the TARDIS), temporary tattoos from SeventhSkin, pixel hair clips from Melificent.com, TARDIS hair bows by our chapter officer, Elsie, coupons for their next purchase at 1138 Clothing, bookmarks from one of our talented brunchettes, Katie, and prints by Papyrasaurus. Our chapter officer, Aurora, was also amazing enough to bring a bunch of book swag for the ladies to snag for some long weekend reading.

Our brunchettes also really dressed the part and looked adorable while doing so! It’s so wonderful to see all our girls come together as a group – so many new friendships have flourished since we started earlier this year!

We have a really busy Holiday schedule coming up with our brunches, starting with October’s pick your fandom Halloween brunch on 10/25 and followed by a Vampire Academy brunch in November hosted by Books & Books with special guest, Richelle Mead!
