GGB Los Angeles – Jurassic Park Brunch

June 28th marked the third brunch for the Los Angeles Geek Girl Brunch Chapter as we held our Jurassic Park brunch at Story Tavern in Burbank, CA.

Although we originally wanted a tea-time theme, the scorching weather had other plans, and the cool drinks and shade on the Story Tavern patio were perfect.

As this was our dino-themed brunch, we had glowy disco dinosaur sticks, little dino toys and prehistoric-themed balloons bouncing around.

We also had goodies for each brunchette, including pins from the Tired Girl Collective, Hex Bugs from Loot Crate, nail files from Espionage Cosmetics and gamer tote bags from Geeky Glamorous.

Amazingly, Karen Bates of from the Tired Girl Collective gave us an awesome Jurassic Park themed piece of art to give away to one lucky winner! We were so humbled by their gift and ecstatic for (and jealous of!) the winner.
