We can all be Batgirl. We can all be heroes.

Geek Girl Brunch is making efforts to go out and Do Better, and we’re encouraging you to do the same. Whatever it is, we want to know all about it! Shoot us an email with #GGBDoBetter in the subject line, or tweet us using #GGBDoBetter. You might just get featured on our main page!

How can I do better, ” you ask? When it comes to giving back, the possibilities are endless.  Volunteering at your local soup kitchen or random acts of kindness are a great place to start. But do continue to check back to this page for a growing list of examples.  In addition, don’t just think about what you can do for others, think about what you can do for yourself. As the examples come in, big and small, we’ll publish them to this page. We’ll RT your tweets, and we may also highlight you for a special post.  As a result, you’ll be making a positive impact in your community, while helping to encourage, empower and inspire your fellow geek girls to go out and do the same.

We all have it within us to go out and save the day, so let’s do it!
